How do I embed a poll?

I have tried some of the code options that you have on the forum, but still having problems making a poll embed into a post. This is the code I am trying to embed and it is from strawpoll.me:

We do not support iframe embeds. The code you pasted above there is actually html code, which is not supported by our forum software.

If you want to make a poll, we would recommend the built in poll creator. You can find this tool on the thread creation screen:
