If it will run games like Warzone csgo fortnight or do I need better parts etc

It won't run something like Warzone, and the other titles it won't run very well.

What is your budget? What country and currency are you shopping in?

Could you self-build, or do you need a pre-assembled PC?

This is what I was going too buy don’t you think it’s worth it for like 300 I could upgrade graphics card or other things

I don't think it's worth it at all.

The CPU, motherboard, and RAM will date from around 2011. That means they're relatively low performance, come without a warranty, and have been in use for upto 9 years which means they are relatively far through their lifespans.
