Cpu cooler- Thermalright Frozen Magic 360 Scenic V2.
Motherboard- Asrock Z790 PRO RS Intel Z790 1700 ATX
Memory- CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 PC4-21300 2666MHz DIMM

That cpu cooler won't handle that cpu when it hits turbo boost mode. You will suffer thermal throttling. You want a dual tower cooler for that cpu such as this one in the link.
