Hello, i bought wireless headphones Redragon IRE, and when i connect it to pc (2.4ghz or cable) they doesnt work. They are connected and on playback window shows that they recive sound but i dont hear that. But when i pair them with phone they work on bluethoot.

Headphones issue

Did you check your sound settings to make sure your PC recognized the headphones? Did the PC automatically download the Redragon drivers? I know on some of their stuff you have to go to their website to get drivers.
