Have you finished mass effect andromeda

First let me say i have not looked at the game for 8 years

So let me explain why i think i might have finished it but cant remember doing it.
In a walkthrough it says after you scan some of the 7 scourge anomalies SAM will inform you that he has discovered where meridian is.
The thing is i have already been on meridian but this throws up 2 other questions

Why does the way home mission still show defeat the kett guarding the entrance as not done and why cant i open some of meridians doors.

Maybe i did finish it but its a long time ago ???

Not sure. It's been a few years since I played it. Have you checked any wiki's about it or if it's a glitch somehow on the games forums @mjs warlord ???

the key thing that makes me think i might have finished it and cant remember doing it is that SAM reveals at some point where the location of meridian is and i have already been their
