Question Graphics Card refusing to show picture

I have a Radeon rx590 Armor 8bg oc edition graphics card. I've tried installing it multiple times with no result. Everytime I've turned my pc on with it installed it either doesn't show a picture/shows a distorted like picture. I tried using pcie entenders thinking there was too much tension on them but the same outcome happened.

The rest of the pc specs are
Processer: Ryzen 2700
RAM: 16gb
Motherboard: Asus b450-m
500w bronze evga power supply.

Also upgrading the graphics card from a rx560.

Is the card brand new?
You had no problems on your previous GPU? Reinstalled drivers?

Your description makes it look like it's possible damaged card.

In addition to the above questions, are both 8 pin power connectors plugged into the GPU?
