I do photography quite often but both pcs are well enough for that. In terms of games I was looking for a all rounder I mainly play on xbox series x

Just to bring a matter to light, a PC(the chassis and it's innards at the very least) are built with more than just the processor and GPU. If you choose the wrong frequency ram kit, you actually loose out in the performance department. Which is what I've been trying to mention on the other thread about building a balanced system.

What are the rest of the specs of the system that will be paired with the CPU and GPU?

Not all games are designed the same way by game developers, some will tax your system more than others. As for console games, they are toned down to cater to a console that has internals that can't/won't be upgraded for years to come until a new console version is announced/released.
