Gaming PC for Daughter

Hello everyone. I read the "How to post a build/upgrade" thread and it really doesn't help me because I am starting from scratch.

I want to build my daughter a gaming PC. What I have already is

Mouse - Razer Deathadder Expert
Keyboard - Merc Stealth
Headset - Razer ManO'War
Monitors - 2 Samsung 32in curved gaming monitors

That's some old stuff I had when I use to game years ago that may need to be upgraded probably, but may still work.

I don't really have a budget in mind. If it is worth it I will buy it. But really all I am looking for is something for a beginner. She want's a Gaming PC but has never used one, only the Xbox and PS. She currently has the new Xbox Series X and the PS5. But like I said she wants to get into PC gaming and I have always been a PC gamer (until I pretty much quit gaming) so I would like to build her something. Nothing super serious... Something that if she doesn't like it I don't feel like I wasted a ton of money.

This is a difficult time to do a build. Video cards are going for three times their normal price atm due to the extreme chip shortage + the mining craze. If you can keep her resolution to 1080P then she can get some decent FPS without breaking the bank. About the only way to obtain a graphics card atm is off of Ebay ... just make sure not to purchase a used one. Start with a GTX 1650 Super which runs about $400 atm off of Ebay and work your way up the gpu hierarchy from there depending on your budget.

Adding up the budget for building helps so that builders would maximize the specifications depending on how much bucks are you willing to spend.
