Question Games like Ring of Red?

Bit obscure maybe, but I've been emulating this PS2 title called Ring of Red, any similar games around, it's really awesome.

What parts do you find awesome? BattleTech has the mechs and is turn based but it's not first person at all. Is story really important?

I had a look and it looks pretty much on the money, turn based mech game, I'll check it out thanks fam.
