Since there is low gravity indoors, I believe it is calculating at what angle it would be best to pee upside down. Now wait..., upside down would not work. Hmmm, ah!, It's the PSI level and angle you have to use in order to hit correctly. Would be quite difficult to handle if you were Charlie from Me, Myself & Irene though.

Here's one that happens a bit in S of W, Talion get stuck in bits of architecture. Here inside a watch tower. Can't climb or get out, surrounded by enemy, can't fast travel.(Always with the problem solving-these games).
