FPS in WoW

Just upgraded my PC and was testing FPS in Warcraft. For anyone that plays, what is your FPS on average. I know in populated areas it drops, but mine drops a lot. Wondering if thats normal. I get 120 in cities and in an instance I average 400 with it jumping as high as 800 depending on whats happening. Grafix all the way up. Im running an i9, 32gb ram and rtx 4070 super 12gb

Is that large of a drop in fps normal?

No idea if it's normal for WoW in particular, but FPS drops aren't uncommon when in busy areas and if it stays above 100 I don't see why you're even worrying about it.
