Hi Kaamos_Llama thank you for your reply.

I'm currently based in the UK and all these parts are costing me
£835.69
My budget is around £1,500 - £1,700 however I would like to keep some spare cash for future improvements like the cooler (converting it to an AIO) and like you said storage (better SSD and a few hardrives)

That seems very cheap! Do you have some of the parts already?

If you can get that stuff for that price I dont know if you can do much better than that, go for it and pick up some extra storage later. Consider some 3600 RAM for a little more performance, but its not going to be a huge difference so not worth spending a ton on.

I also prefer cases with a mesh front for air cooling, having a solid front looks nice and all but it tends to block airflow so components run hotter.
