A lot depends on what you plan to use it for. Any uses outside gaming?
What kind of games?
What monitor & refresh rate and resolution do you want?
Do you have a large FPS requirement?

You won't comfortably fit a modern action game on that SSD beside Windows and other software. I say keep the 256 for comfy Windows & software, and get at least another 1TB SSD for games.

8GB looks very low to me for VRAM—pretty sure I've seen games needing/wanting 12GB, with no doubt more to follow. For comparison, I have an antique 1060 and it has 6GB VRAM.

Others much more knowledgeable than me will be able to pitch in once you clarify the uses questions.

PS put your list in at PCpartPicker.com

That's a UK prebuilt by the looks of it. Too much of your budget going towards the board and cpu imo. 2x16GB of RAM, i7 - 12700 / 12700F, cheaper board and larger SSD. TBH you'd be better off building it yourself. btw what is the cost of that build?

Estimated budget should always be part of PC part picking, because like an engineer on youtube once said:
It's a question of overspending on one thing, or balancing everything else out depending on the goal, because budget is not unlimited. 😉

nice spec sheet though.

I think the ram for now is ok, but it would be good to upgrade later.
I would however get a bigger drive. It's not that it's bad, but if you're using it for more then the OS and maybe a certain game or two, then I would get a bigger one. Even if it's 500gb. It makes a world of difference.
