Hi. I'm new to all of this. My son is 13 and enjoys playing Rust, Elden Ring, Apex, COD etc on his XBOX. He wants to change to pc but doesn't understand enough about the components to go for a pc he builds himself. He's smart and I know that when he's a little older he'll be competent enough to edit his first or build a new one. For now though, I thought prebuilt might be a better option. Can anyone advise me on what to buy with a budget max of £1700? Any advice would be appreciated!
It's difficult to recommend a graphics card without knowing his monitor resolution.

Another option is to either build it yourself which is simple enough or order the components and take them to a local PC/laptop repair shop and have them build it for you for a small fee.
