What is your budget, what country are you located and do you need a monitor included in said budget?

I'm in the UK, budget of around £1300. Monitor included is a plus but not necessary. Play a mixture of games but would like it to run the likes of battlefield, COD and large RPG's without a hitch. The PC wouldn't be used for much other than gaming, some streaming and general use.
Not too fussed about playing on max settings just a good steady fps and anything above normal graphic settings is a plus.
