Faint coil whine stops when moving cursor?

So i recently noticed that whenever im just browsing the internet my gpu would make a very faint yet audible static coil whine buzz, it's got a very "soft" sound to it in contrast to the higher pitch ingame buzz-whine.

However i also noticed that whenever im moving the cursor around the faint coil whine instantly stops and resumes whenever i stop moving my cursor. Is there any reason for this? Is there cause to be worried?

I just couldnt find anything related to this on the internet so im making this post to ask you guys.

Mouse is a Corsair sabre rgb pro wireless.

I dont think there's a reason to be worried, electricity can be weird like that.

I dont have any explanation either though

sounds like a ground loop. or frequency buzz. in either case oscillation is the culplit.

for giggles you could toggle 'spread spectrum'
