connect PC directly to router or to switch

Hello

is any difference in speed or latency if I connect my PC through ethernet to my router direct?
or connect it to the switch and the switch connected to the router

note that all connections via ethernet and all ports is gigabit and the distance between router and switch is 3 M

Not much difference, if any. You will not be able to tell in a blind test.
