Question Computer build at $1000 or less?

I am looking for a PC build that is $1000 or less that can run modded minecraft with shaders. I'm a first time pc builder soo... Also a PC part picker list would be nice. Maybe a little RGB. Thanks.

You've come to the right place! Can you let us know some more info first?

Do you already have a monitor or does the budget include the purchase of one?
What resolution and refresh rate display do you have / want?
When you say Minecraft with shaders, I assume you mean mod packs like SEUS shaders right? Not ray tracing?

Ok, the monitor will not be included. And yes things like SEUS and BSL. I don't know if I still need to include this but 144hz refresh rate and 1080p is fine.
