Best GPU for $300 or less

Hi. What is the best bang for the buck I can get in a used GPU? I'm looking to spend $300 or less for my computer. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

If I were you, I'd add a bit more and get a dual-fan video card from Palit. They're very budget-friendly yet reliable. There might be other options, but this particular card costs $330 in my country.
