Choosing between two laptops.

These two laptops are similar, but are kinda different. The CPUs are similar from what I know, but the gigabyte has 1tb storage, 32gb ddr5 at 4800mhz, i7 13620h, and a 4060. WUXGA 165hz screen.
The other is an HP victus, and it has a ryzen 7 8845hs, a 4070, 16 gb ddr5 at 5600mhz, but only 512 gb storage.

The total cost after the ssd upgrade on the hp is the same on both ends, what should I pick? Is double the ram worth It for a gpu downgrade? Or is the 4070 better, even with the storage having to be replaced?

I'd much rather go with the gigabyte, so I won't have to open it up as soon as I get it, but what do you think? (I don't play extremely intensive games)
