Hi the motherboard looks to me to be a DTX form factor. Its not common but it should share a mounting hole layout with other form factors according to what I've read. It should work with anything designed to fit a Micro ATX or larger motherboard. You should also make sure your GPU will fit in whatever case you choose. There will be measurments on teh product page of the case for the maximum size of GPU that will fit

I'm wanting to swap out the motherboard because I want a to put in a Ryzen 5 2600 and for me to do that I want to know the size of the current motherboard so I can buy the same size atm I'm looking at a B450M Micro ATX.

I believe the power supply you have is also in ATX form factor and so should fit in a normal ATX case.
Please bear in mind I have no hands on experience with your PC, this is just what I could find from searching the internet and some of my own prior knowledge of sizing etc.
