I can get a stable 360 FPS when playing on my laptop, but when connected to an external monitor, the FPS is very unstable between 40 and 180. I've tried everything, including buying a new monitor, but it doesn't solve the problem. I'm not sure if I've solved the problem, but I think I've fixed the problem by fixing the GPU to a dedicated GPU that switches to the CPU's internal GPU when connected to an external monitor, but I'm not sure if I've done it or not. Can someone please help me?

Your laptop might use the integrated GPU when connected to an external monitor, causing the FPS drop. Try forcing Valorant to use the RTX 4060 in Settings > Display > Graphics Settings and in the NVIDIA Control panel under Manage 3D Settings.
