Burplesmirk Spewpit is wonderfully OP, as are the new Norscan worms (TWW3)

I don't play Norsca, but we started a new game, and I wanted to try the new lord Sayl, so now I'm playing Norsca. I'd tell you how much I dislike never having any money and losing 6000 a turn, but let's concentrate on Dread Mauls and Burplesmirk, who is a legendary lord/general that I was able to recruit after I reached a certain milestone.

Dread Mauls are huge worms that burrow underground, kind of like the Sandworm of Dune (except the sandworm is outrageously enormous and could eat 100 Dread Mauls in a single bite), but they are big for the Warhammer world. Anyway, they are the most brutal artillery and archery disruptors in the game. First, they can start right in front of the enemy as opposed to back with your army, so they can get to enemy units right away. Second, they can't be harmed while they are tunneling, so they can get to the enemy without being shot at. Then they can emerge right in the middle of a unit, sending people flying. And, of course, they are much better at melee than artillery or most archer units. The other thing they can do is that there are two options for tunneling. One of them is like a dash. Without a doubt, that is the fastest movement of any unit, so they can cover a huge distance in no time.

So then I recruited Burplesmirk and opened his skills page and saw that he had 54 skill points waiting for me. He basically got every skill they had. At some point, I glance over at his health, and it was at 21000. That is positively outrageous. I didn't even look carefully at the skills, but he has one that gives every unit in your faction plus 30 percent health.

So I gave him a 10 unit garbage army and was going to let him defend the eastern front while I recalled another general to give him a better army. While waiting for the better army to get there, Burple was attacked by two Cathay armies, more like one and a half. It said we were going to lose in a decisive victory for Cathay, but their units, while better than mine, weren't that impressive, so I decided to give it a shot.

So I used up Burplesmirks spells, which are okay, nothing special. And then I charged him into the enemy line. He made short work of the infantry he attacked, but then I saw their general, and sent Burple after him. Burple made it there, but he was basically surrounded by enemy units. He was also being hammered by archers. That 21000 was getting lower and lower. I didn't have any worms to take care of the archers, so i had sent slow infantry over there, and they had finally arrived and disrupted the onslaught. Burple was very nearly dead. I quickly hit his regeneration spell. For a moment, I thought I had waited too long, but then his health started rising rapidly. And, much to my surprise, it kept rising, and then there he was, back to 21000 health. He finished off the other general. I only had a couple of units left, but Burplesmirk was unstoppable without archers hitting him. He has 200 armor rating, and he was hardly taking an damage at all despite being completely surrounded.
