Hi Guys I'm building a gamer pc but I need help. bc I've played playstation only I don't know much about pc.
CPU- AMD RYZEN 9 5900X
GPU- GAINWARD GEFORCE RTX 3090 PHANTOM
RAM- G.SKILL TRIDENTZ R. SERIES 4x16GB DDR4 4000MHz
EVGA 1000 GQ, 1000W
CASE- I don't know I NEED HELP
WATER COOLER- CORSAIR HYDRO H115i

I'm open to any changes as this pc was a friend's recommendation, if u guys could help build a gamer pc I would appreciate.
I just want a pc that I would be able to play any game without any issues so if I could find any other accessories cheaper that would give high performance , Im open to help and other suggestions.

Welcome to the forum :)

For compatibility checking, put your parts list in at
they check most things except physical dimensions.

I'm not a hardware guy, someone more knowledgeable should be along soon. To help you, they will need to know:

Visuals
What resolution?-big difference in parts needed for 4K compared with 1080p.
What refresh rate-60Hz or 144 or more?
Frames Per Second-30, 60, 100, more?

Budget
What country are you in, what currency do you use?
How much do you want to spend?
Any preferred retailers to buy from, online or offline?
Does budget include or exclude peripherals and extras like monitor, backup drive, KB&M, WIndows etc?

Irish builds are a bit tricky. You can purchase from a local vender and get hosed or you can purchase from Germany and still eat the VAT. I'd go with the latter choice tbh.

Amazon.de, Mindfactory.de, Caseking.de, ComputerUniverse.de, Alza, etc .. all ship to Ireland. You just have to check each site for the best prices and see who ships what to Ireland.

https://geizhals.eu/ <---- check this site for better prices on PC components.

This build is meant for gaming at 1440P. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for an exhaust fan.

check rtings for recommended displays.
pay attention to their pixel response/overshoot charts, don't buy a monitor based on refresh rate value only. I've seen 200hz monitors produce absolutely awful motion clarity and many 120hz ones that are clear as a whistle in motion.
if you need/want hdr, don't even look at hdr400 models, hdr400 looks like ****. either get an oled or a really good ips.
