Audio popping while playing EA FC 25

hopefully someone here could assist me with the problem I'm having.

For a few FC games now, the audio of the game has been crackling/popping while playing but it gets worse during cutscenes. l've been able to resolve this problem by capping FPS, but on FC 25 that doesn't work. I've also had this problem on my old PC. I've never played an FC game before the actual release so maybe it will get fixed with an update?

I tried updating my audio drivers and bios and the issue still persists.

It doesn't matter if it's in-game audio or external.

No expert on audio, but are you saying the same problem has persisted across 2 different PC's?

Are you using headphones or speakers, and have you tried using different ones?

After I got a new pc, I also got new headphones and speakers. I'm only having this issue on FC 25, every other game works fine.
