The single player in GTAV was an absolute blast. Hands down Vice City had the best atmosphere.

for me its a toss up between san andreas and vice city in terms of best sound track, id also say GTA 1.5 (london) had an awesome ska and reggae sound track going on-really placed you there back in that era-unfortunately though being an older GTA it suffered from lack of space (so lack of music tracks).

for all aspects of gameplay,for me san andreas wins it hands down.
if like me your PS2 died long ago or you sold it, its not that expensive for the PC on steam,plus it works fine on windows 10 with no patching needed-i have it.
