They're well balanced enough for bottlenecking to not be a concern. It really comes down to what you're paying for the 3200G, and what games you'll be playing. If you play any CPU dependent games, such as Valorant, it might be better (again, depending on the 3200G price), to consider a CPU that does not have such extensive graphics capability built in, because those games need a bit stronger CPU. That way you'd be spending money more on raw CPU power.

It kind of depends on what games you want to play. Based on the specs, I would think that the Ryzen 3 would struggle with big, AAA open world games, but do okay in something like Overwatch or CSGO if that's your thing.
