I have an HP Omen, and it's the best laptop I've ever had. I just love it. HP is very highly rated by consumers. Does a great job with heat, too, which can be a big problem gaming laptops. Keyboard never gets over room temperature.

Don't know where you can get a discount. I got mine off of Amazon.
Discounts will often depend on what country you're in, so tell us that and someone here may have more detailed suggestions.

Physically go to your local Micro Center or Best Buy to see what strikes your fancy. Best way to get feel for keyboard and screen quality.
Dell, Lenovo, HP, MSI, and Asus have various gaming models. All will support your stated basic needs.
You may actually find something on sale at either of those physical stores. You can also research what you like and then find on line, if you want to go that route.
