anyone using epic game interface

If the answer is yes can you please try it now , i cant get mine to work so i cant launch and games in the library , i tried offline mode and it said i dont have a valid account for offline mode ???

It is working for me. You could try this out and see if it helps from Epic Games' own Troubleshooting. I remember doing this a while back and it did the trick.

1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher by right-clicking the system tray icon in the bottom-right corner, and then clicking Exit.
2. Press Windows key + R, type “%localappdata%”, and then press Enter to open a File Explorer window.
3. Open the Epic Games Launcher folder.
4. Open the Saved folder.
5. Click the webcache folder, and then delete it.
6. (Optional) If there is a folder called webcache_4147, delete that as well.
7. Restart your computer, and then relaunch the Epic Games Launcher.

I got mine to work, as far as showing my Library. It took maybe a minute to show up after launching it, then had to do the 2FA thing, then it wanted to install an Online Services thing which was quick—maybe 10 seconds—and then showed my Library of games.

I didn't try to launch a game, as I already have a Steam game running.

Quick update .... could not get onto any part of epics web site so just wondering if the problem is at their end , i found an epic email support address in my thunderbird address book.

Email bounced back undelivered ???
