Annoying flashing

Hi there i updated my Asus Rogstrix b550 f gaming the other day to latest bios version,ever since i get a flashing red light light every second at where the Gpu connects to the MOBO.I've provided a video link .Everything seems fine no issues whatsoever with anything but this annoying light,which inncidently only goes of when i'm in the bios.Anyone got a suggestion thanks appreciated.https://youtube.com/shorts/-HLO1azcefg

In the provided link you can see i removed the heatsink from my Asus rogstrix b550 Mobo .Ordered this KingSpec XG70004tb NVME 4.0 m.2 from Yansen Store Amazon.co.uk £200 on 08/10/24, started flashing 5days ago.The only time it stopped was when I entered the mobo bios.To be safe i used disks genius to migrate windows 11 to my 1tb WD BLUE not sure what to do,it functions fine suppose I'll just put games on it and check temps.Just that pc now boots from gen3 WD furthest from cpu

if you mean on task manager, it doesn't seem to make any difference. My PC is same, C drive is 3rd in list

as for light above pci slot

This is from a old post on Tom's hardware.
The red light next to the pci-e slot. Is the board testing the hardware. In your case the graphics card. Red means. An error with the gtx 980 card.

1. It may need to be checked that it is seated right in your Pci-e slot.
2. The card may be causing stress on the Pci-e slot when inserted, make sure it is parallel to the slot. And that where you screw it to your case it has not dropped down slightly, if so undo the screw holding it. Lift the card up and tighten the screw again.
3. You have a power related problem, check that the Pci-e 12v from the Psu are fitted right to the card.
4. Check that the eight pin 12v connector on the board is also fitted right.
5. Check what the wattage requirements needed to run a Gtx 980 card and the amp rating required.
6. The check your PSU to see if it can output enough wattage and the amp rating of the 12v rails is enough
