AMD secure boot fail

Hello, 'have somehow stopped amd secure boot program so OS wont boot, and secure boot it won't enable , I get popup that says " secure boot can be enabled when system is in user mode. Repeat oper.after enrolling platform key(pk)
Asrock has been slow to respond

You should be able to enable that in the BIOS - https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=531

From the comments:

If people are using ASRock Phantom Gaming UEFI, you have to go to Security -> Secure Boot -> Key Management -> select Platform Key (PK) and then generate.

Then go back to Secure Boot -> Install default Secure Boot keys -> and then you can enable Secure Boot.
