Just being both honest and lazy, I'd personally rather open up the Discord app on my phone and let it look at my face for a second, but not everyone is of the same mind, so here are a couple of apps you can use to trick facial age identification (not tested by me):

unless they add further restrictions, I don't feel need to use add on. The Age check hasn't effected me as yet (which is funny as I am from one of the two countries pushing this)
