Hi, is it possible thath fallout 4 lag o 1440p on medium settings.. i see video that many paople play it at ultra with this configuration..

I would say that you could easily run FO4 on medium, probably higher on some settings. Here are the minimum & recommended hardware requirements:

As you can see, those requirements are really low by today's games standards, so you shouldn't have any problems getting a good frame rate.

One thing to remember about FO4, is that it's not really optimized well. There are areas where I've had no issues with FPS, but in other areas, particularly the Downton Boston area, frame rates can take a dramatic drop. Not always, but it happens, a lot depends what's going on around you.

There are also some options you can tweak within the game that may also help, most notably, lower Godrays or even turn them off, lower draw distance, as well as lowering shadow detail. You just have to raise or lower all the options available until you get a frame rate that's comfortable for you.
