Your resource idea is fascinating. Than each different resource will correspond to another type of unit. That will make it very interesting RTS scenario. And some super units will also requires metal and uranium.

Please check that RTX 2070 has latest drivers and it is running at gaming mode or overclocking mode. What RTX 2070 do you have? What is it running at? Boost clock suppose to be around 1620Mhz (1710Mhz for FE). Hope that helps!
