GIGABYTE - G27QC Advanced Pixelation issues?

I use the GIGABYTE - G27QC Advanced monitor. It is running at 1440p, 164hz with a 3060ti. On certain applications, games, or websites, there is a weird pixelation that happens with some graphics. On Youtube videos it copies the color on the video and has a hue surrounding the player. On certain games with black flames for example, it happens at the top of the flames like on Hades 2. I have included some photos and my current settings. Is this just an unfortunate feature of a VA monitor or is there something I am missing?
