What country are you located, what is your budget and what is your resolution?

Any reason you need the APU and not a CPU? You don't need an APU if you have a 4070, its redundant.
Without changing anything I would swap this for a 5700x3d or 5800x3d, unless this isn't a gaming PC.

What Power supply?
Didn’t even see the integrated graphics. But the price for the 5700G was a bit cheaper for what looks like the same specs. Is there a reason to take the 5700x3d over the 5700G
The power supply is tricky as the components aren’t set for me so I don’t know the needed wats, do you have any suggestions.
