Would Installing a PC Game Via Parallels on a Mac Work?

Hello Guys,

I am quite new to this PC Gaming thing, but I am working (and playing) from a Mac, and I wish to explore PC gaming on Windows by installing the Parallels Desktop , which then allows me to install Windows on a Mac as a Virtual Machine, I would like to know if anyone has had some experience doing this, and what were the issues or challenges they faced?

Please help a newcomer to PC gaming, I know serious gamers usually get highly spec'ed systems built for gaming, but I cannot afford that yet, thanks

The links would be more helpful than what I can say. But playing games in a virtual machine is not usually a great experience, unless it's not a very demanding game. Most PC gaming is going to be hardware intensive, and whatever you're using through a virtual machine probably isn't going to cut it.

Parallels isn't ideal, but what I did was partition my drive and run Windows off of Bootcamp. That worked really well for my MacBook Pro.
