Wich Cpu R7 5800X vs i9-10850k, Youtube running background + Gaming AAA games

Hi, I really like to run YouTube videos in background while I'm gaming. I play big games like New World and soon Far cry 6. I was wondering wich cpu between a R7 5800X / i7-10700kf or i9-10850k would performance better since I will be running things in background ! Thanks for your help !
