I'm assuming it's for gaming, since the name of the site is PC Gaming, in which case I'd go with a X3D variant of the Ryzen processors. As for your Intel counterpart/build, I'd skip anything Intel after they sort themselves out, pumping voltages into their processors is the first of it's problems, the other problem is them not coming clean with the issue that's been plaguing their 13th(and possibly 12th Gen) processors, since a year or more.

it's for the Q500L but the same applies to the Q300L in the literal sense. I've worked with the case on a prior build and the thermals are horrible. For 2024, it's going to cook your innards. Look for a case that has meshed front to allow the case to breath and exhaust the heat from the innards.
