Difficult to say without any clue re what you'll use PC for—and if gaming, what kind of games?

I'm not a hardware guy, so wait for the experts to comment, but DDR5 may be a better choice.

it generally helps to pick the motherboard before the ram anyway, just to make sure it works.

Put the CPU into PCPartpicker and see what motherboards it suggests.
Then pick ram as it will only show ram that works with combo,
