Which B660 boards allow none-K CPUs to run in PL2 state indefinitely?

I heard somewhere it is around 30% more performance (being able to run none-K cpus at high power state)
I know almost all z690 boards do but only some high quality b660 ones do, but I've got no clue how to understand which one does and which one doesn't, help!

Asus makes at least one B660 board that allows you to manipulate the BLK ... I believe it's one of the ROG boards and MSI has this mATX board.
