Solved When i play games it just glitches every 1 to 2 seconds...

When i play games it just glitches every 1 to 2 seconds and ms increases so much that frames drop and game just stops for a moment and makes itself unplayable. I've updated my graphics driver, i reinstalled directx, i updated windows. i am facing same error in Assassins Creed Revelation and in Spiderman Shattered Dimensions and in Call of Duty Warzone. I don't know what is happening but i can't find a solution anywhere or a person with the same error.

Laptop Specs:
Intel i5-8250u base 1.60GHz and turbo 3.40GHz
Intel UHD 620
AMD Radeon R5 M330 2GB DDR3
8GB 2444MHz DDR4 Ram

You got to keep in mind 2 things

1. Your laptop is not really designed for gaming, both cards the intel UHD + Radeon are low-end cards meant for basic functions
2. If you are running the game on an external HDD it will aggravate the problem.

3. Another issue is the Laptop heating up - the hotter the laptop the less the performance it becomes.

I suggest trying a Low end 3D game and see if the issue exists such as Torchlight 1 \ 2 or other games along those lines.

i figured it out... Windows Gaming Mode option was on and someone suggested that he heard that it is causing trouble in some windows so turn it off...

I turned it off. Now the game is like butter.
