What's better For MOBO and GPU?

Hello, can you guys help decide on what's better for MOBO and GPU? I'm looking for something I could still use for another 5 yrs and my budget for both hardware is just around $600. I'm still running i5 8thgen MSI 1050ti and have been using that for almost 5yrs.
