What to buy first?

I was wondering, what do pc builders buy first if they are on a budget, you know like get a headstart.

I don't know about others but personally I think it's better just to save the whole amount and then build it all at the same time. I'm sure that's the best way otherwise you could end up with something you don't want or is incompatible when you get the rest.

I'm from the Philippines, and a 15k budget, i have my gpu and ram already that's why i allotted 15k
