What Motherboard and CPU should I pair with my Evga GTX 960 GPU

Right now my specs are;

MOBO- GA-B85-HD3

CPU- intel i3-4170 @3.70 GHz

Memory- 8gb ram

PSU - Cougar RS 650 W

GPU- GeForce GTX 960

My plan right now is to get 120gb ssd to pair along my hard drive and add 8gb more ram. I am curious if anyone knows a good CPU/MOBO combo to replace my current.
The purpose of the computer is to be capable of playing games like Call of Duty and Fifa at above 60 fps 1080p while also being a day to day PC.

Depends on the budget. The 11400F will get you more FPS but it also cost more and runs warmer ... uses more juice/watts. Both of these cpu's paired with 3200Mhz RAM will stomp the more expensive Ryzen 3600 in regards to gaming. You want an aftermarket cpu cooler with either of these cpu's. You can get by with a $25 Antec Pro 40 for the 10400F but you want that CM 212 or something similar for the 11400F.
