What happened to the game "The Tomorrow Children"

I remember watching videos about this game where people in a certain city, all of them work together as a community to get resources (food, wood, coal, metal, crystal) and build the city (it was on PS4)
Does anyone know a game similar to it in terms of working together as a community but on PC?
