What Graphics card is best for my setup?

I'm wanting to get a really nice card but prices are how you know they are now. Once things calm down I want to get a powerful card. Im looking at under $1000. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core 64 gb of DDR4 3000MHZ and a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. What would you guys recommend?

I recommend you keep your 1660Ti and wait until things calm down. Its impossible to recommend anything until that time, because we could be getting close to next gen release by that time.
