Not necessarily dialogue lines but i always cringe when a character of a game I started playing 20 minutes earlier gets very upset about some other character dying that I've seen for maybe 30 seconds in my playthrough and I have no emotional bond with.
Kind of along similar lines, I get irritated when a game introduces a character simply for the purpose of making you like them so they can kill them. The one that immediately came to mind was from Dying Light 2. You do a mission with this guy. He gets up and gives an impassioned toast to your heroism and bravery. I immediately thought, "Aw, crap." And sure enough he was dead moments later.

The original Final Fantasy 7 pulled a not-so-famous death:
Cait Sith is a character that's a big, remote-controlled toy. Toward the end of one of the bigger dungeons, Cait has to be left behind. We get a really nice 'remember me!' speech from him, but by this point we know he's essentially a robot. Sure enough, after the whole place collapses around him, another copy run by the same mystery man shows up. Via some craziness I'll never understand, the speech isn't cringy at all, and is even a little moving.

Cringy... hmmm.... I got some where the voice acting is incredibly horrible. Reasonably well acted but cringy... oh! How about a classic from Final Fantasy X?

Really, that entire romance... until she dumps him for Seymore. Then it gets good.

Got to go all the way back to 2002 for this one ..... so any way i got THE THING for the pc , it was one of the first pc games i got , i was glued to it , i lost count of the number of times i was nearly late for my different shifts at work. I found a 100 page walkthrough and thought if the game is that long i am gonna do it with a walkthrough. I was so " into it " that when i was looking for a sniper just round the corner i would be leaning out of my chair almost falling on the floor. I eventually killed the main dude at the end and punched the air.

Then came the worse part of the game ..... i jumped into a helicopter and the pilot turns and say the immortal words ...... hello i have come to take you home ...... roll credits and i am sat their thinking wtf.

I was 47 when i got the game and a shelf filler in my local pc world tried to take it off me because they had been told to pull it from sale ..... i think its because their is a scene in a hanger where you have to shoot 4 guards before the doors shut , if you shot them in the head with a sniper rifle you could split their heads open and way back in 2002 things like that were considered bad taste

That was weirdly amazing.

The bad acting might be funny. The game Cradle had some truly painful voice acting
