Uses for a VR home builder

What would you do with it? Integrate in in games like an nft? Or create a game where you can build your own house?
But similar things exist...how would you make it special?

wouldn't it just be useful to show people their new houses before they are made? You know, the obvious choice.

nft still exist? i thought they died last few months. Better to avoid the stench of their reputation.

Just an extra feature in a sim city like game... its not deep enough to be its own game.
