Upgrading my pc and need so help.

Been visiting this site for a long time and finally registered. I need some advise on upgrading my gaming rig.

What I want to upgrade, motherboard, ram and cpu. Im sure I will need a new OS.

budget less than $1000.

Use gaming.

resolution, 1440

Parts I have and will keep. Case, 1000w psu, 360 rad, 6900xt, fans.

Looking at the 13600 and 13700 cpus.

I usually oc cpu and ram.

Where I am lost is on a good motherboard that supports fast ram.
